Title: Flecia Umpluta (Stuffed Flank Steak)

4cToasted bread cubes
1/4cHot water
3/4cChopped green pepper
1/2cChopped onion
1/4cMelted butter or margarine
2tsSalt
1/4tsPepper
2xEggs, slightly beaten
2xFlank steaks
  Salt and pepper
  Flour
  Fat
1/2cWater

Combine the first eight ingredients and toss lightly with a fork. Place steaks together and sew edges with cord, leaving an opening. Fill with stuffing, sew edges together. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Coat with flour. Brown on both sides in a small amount of fat. Add 1/2 cup of water, cover and bake 2 hours or until tender. Recipe may be halved and just put stuffing over one steak and bake, or roll and tie.
